As standard we use a pre-spray and agitation method, unlike most of our competitors, for most of our cleans to break down the stubborn dirt which has built up in your carpets. We do not charge any extra for these services as we feel they are crucial to Carpet Cleaning. Only once we are certain that the dirt and stains will be successfully removed do we rinse the Carpets and neutralize the chemicals.

With Natural Silk, Viscose Rayon (imitation Silk), Jute or Cotton fibres we do not any water at all – as a Wet Carpet Clean will damage your Carpets! We use a special cleaning powder that chemically treats and removes dirt and stains from affected areas. We then agitate the surface and hoover everything once we are satisfied with the results, leaving a lovely fresh citrus smell.

We use the very latest machinery and non-toxic, environmentally safe approved chemicals which are safe for both you and us!  All of our cleaning products have very low PH levels to ensure your fabrics and colours are kept safe.

Before treatment begins, we may ask you some questions about any concerns you may have and which are the areas your are particularly worried about. This will help us to get a full picture of your expectations. We will then PH test your Carpets and design an individual Cleaning plan for you. Carpets are natural dust collectors and the fibres trap dirt, odours and even pests and mites!
